  REPAIR POLICY
Central offers repair services for merchandise with the following conditions:
1. Merchandise must be under warranty period and in accordance with the warranty policy. However, the customer must present warranty document whenever the repair is needed which will be free of charge.
2.
Merchandise without a warranty document will be considered under the following conditions:
• Merchandise is currently being sold in the store.
• Merchandise has spare parts or can be repaired without spares.
However, a charge will be incurred for any merchandise without proper warranty documentations. Customers will be notified of fees prior to any repair work.
3.
Repair period is based on the type of merchandise.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Terms of payment accepted for the purchases at Central Department Store are as follow:
1. Cash and 7 major foreign currencies including US Dollar, Singaporean Dollar, Japanese Yen, Australian Dollar, Hong Kong Dollar and Pound Sterling and Euro.
*Note: Had-Yai and Phuket branches will accept Malaysian Ringit and will not accept Hong Kong Dollar.
2.
International credit cards, local credit cards and Central Cards.
3.
Personal/ company checks made payable to Central Department Store Ltd. (of each branch). Please note that customers will receive the merchandise only after the checks have been cleared by the bank.
4. Traveler's checks must be accompanied by passports.
5. Central Gift Vouchers and Central Gift Cards.
6. Cash Coupons and Cash Discount Coupons in Thai Baht
7. Merchandise Exchange Vouchers
8. Visa Electron Cards and MasterCard Electron Cards

DELIVERY/FREIGHT POLICIES
1. Delivery rates within Bangkok and its vicinity (Nontaburi, Pathumthanee, Samutprakarn):
• Value of merchandise below 5,000 baht, delivery charge is 200 baht / Freight.
• Value of merchandise between 5,000 - 10,000 baht and delivery within 20 km-radius from branch of purchase, delivery is free. Delivery charge is 200 baht/ trip for services outside the 20 km-radius.
• Value of merchandise above 10,000 baht and delivery within 10 km-radius, no delivery charge required.
2.
Delivery/ freight charge to other provinces is based on the distance (10 baht/km), to and from the final destination, for example:- From Central Bangna to Ratchaburi, the distance is 100 km. Round-trip delivery service100x2 = 200 km. The delivery charge is then 200x10 = 2,000 Baht.
3.
The same policies apply to Central Kad Suan Kaew and Had-Yai.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SERVICEFor your convenience, Central Department store provides international shipping services for purchases made at the store. Methods of shipment include:

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Central accepts exchanges and returns with the following conditions:

1.

Keep all your receipt(s), sales slip(s), full tax refund paper(s) and/ or Exchange or Return/ Refund Card.

2.
Merchandise returned or exchanged must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
3.
Merchandise returned or exchanged must be in the same condition at time of purchase.
4. Merchandise returned or exchanged must be done at the branch of purchase only.
5. Merchandise that cannot be returned or exchanged includes swimwear, lingerie, accessories, fashion jewelry, cosmetics & fragrances, books & magazines, fabrics and sales items.
6. Method of payment for returned merchandise shall be the same as on date of purchase. However, there might be some changes during the promotional campaigns of the store.
