Gold Members can become Emerald Members after fulfilling one of the following requirements on applicable flights within a 12-month period:
1. Accumulating 110,000 miles, including four full fare flights in First Class or Dynasty Class; or
2.
Flying 40 First Class or Dynasty Class scheduled flights with full fare ticket within the same period.
*.A flight with actual mileage of less than 500 miles is calculated as half a flight.
*.First Class or Dynasty Class flights taken by using cabin class upgrades or free tickets, Upgrade Mileage are not counted toward Emerald Membership upgrades or renewals.
Validity Period

Two years
Emerald Membership Renewal :
Reach the qualification of the same membership advancement within the 24-month (2-year) term.
*. If due to an unforeseen circumstance, the new membership card is not received, the validity of original card will be extended by another month.
*. If the renewal requirement is not reached, a Emerald Member will automatically revert to Gold Member. The card number will remain unchanged.
