Flight Mileage
If you have any questions regarding your flight mileage or withdrawn mileage for award redemption, please call our DFP Service Hotline within six months of the flight departure or mileage withdrawal. When applying to reclaim flight mileage, please be sure to provide photocopies of your passenger coupon and boarding pass as well as your membership card number. China Airlines will amend your account within six weeks.

  • Partnership Mileage Correction for Mandarin Airlines
    * If you have any questions regarding your partnership mileage with Mandarin Airlines flights, please fax or provide photocopies of your passenger coupon, boarding pass as well as your membership number to DFP service center.
    * Mileage correction for Mandarin Airlines domestic Taipei-Kaohsiung flights is only available at the following locations:
    Mandarin Airlines service counters at the Taipei Domestic Airport, Kaohsiung Domestic Airport, and its downtown ticketing counters in Taipei and Kaohsiung.
  • Partnership Mileage Correction for Delta Air Lines Flights
    If you have any questions regarding your partnership mileage with Delta Air Lines flights, please call our DFP Service Hotline . When applying to reclaim the mileage, please be sure to provide your DFP membership card number, photocopies of Delta Air Lines' tickets and boarding passes within six months of the flight's departure. China Airlines will amend your account within one week.
  • Mileage Correction for The Rest of Partnership
    If you have any questions about errors in partnership mileage , please contact the participating partner directly and provide them with required documents to help you process your claim efficiently.
